Flippin’ the Bird has consistently been one of our top chicken seasoning blends since we introduced it.

Now while the initial testing was done on the grill, don't stop there. Since then we've also used Flipping the Bird for some baked chicken wings which is perfect if your family prefers to have their chicken wings a bit more on the tame side. I also used this on both scrambled eggs and roasted oven chicken and one of our customers gives this blend a bit of credit for his team’s 2nd place showing at a barbecue contest with some smoked chicken.

As with most of our blends we recommend using 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of chicken. You can always add more if you want more flavor.

This chicken seasoning blend has an herby flavor profile with sweet and citrusy undertones.
